Hi, I’m David. I am the Managing Director of the company and also lead technical services. I am an experienced Quantity Surveyor and I have also delivered large scale property surveys. I have been with NSR for over ten years having previously worked in private practice and prior to that over 18 years at a large local authority, totalling over 30 years experience in measured term contracts. I am responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company and have played the lead role in the development of our new MTCQS software. I am also responsible for the annual compilation of the National Schedules including Research & Development, the technical Forum and training and supporting our diverse range of clients.
My spare time is spent either swinging a golf club to improve my handicap or renovating my home in Devon.
Hi, I am Sue and I have been with the business for 20 years. I look after operations out of the Aylesbury office. With a background in Hotel Management and having spent 10 years working for Bucks County Council, I am responsible for ensuring that the culture at NSR Management is customer focussed and we deliver an excellent service.
I was born in the lake district and I love the great outdoors. I enjoy reading, quizzes, music, gardening and I have always bred Jack Russell’s.
Hi I’m Stephen and I am a Techncial Consultant/Trainer who is responsible for supporting our customers technical needs. My background is as a Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in all aspects of Measured Term Contracts from minor reactive repairs to major refurbishments and from the tendering process to the final account.
In my spare time I enjoy mountain biking and classic cars; especially Volkswagens. Most weekends during the summer I can be found at a car show or a drag race meeting in my newly restored VW Camper. I also enjoy walking with my retired greyhound, Bella.
Hi, my name is Tina and I have worked with the company since April 2009 and the majority of my working day is looking after our customers which I thoroughly enjoy. As the first point of contact I will deal with your initial requirements or refer you to the technical team. I also stay in touch with our customers and offer training, software and consultancy support.
In my spare time I juggle two teenagers whilst trying to find time to indulge my love of reading, boating holidays, fishing, listening to music and spending time with my family.
Hi my name is Clive. I have recently joined the company.
I am a member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers (BIFM) and my role is to liaise with present clients and procure new clients and business opportunities for our company, giving technical advice where I can. I also look after the maintenance of the offices and Health & Safety.
After leaving the Army, with both active and non-active service, I moved into the maintenance sector with C&A (clothing retailer), where I supervised and help maintain up to 30 sites. I was there for 23 years. After C & A and for the next 13 years, I was employed as Facilities and Maintenance Manager at the Building Centre in London. As well as housing information, conference and exhibition centres, It also accommodates the HQ offices for Construction Industry Council (CIC), Timber Trades Federation, Construction Products Association (CPA,), Green Building Council, to name just a few.
My interests are general leisure pursuits including golf. I also enjoy music and travelling to many parts of the world with a long list of places I still wish to see.
Hi I am Linda, I have worked for NSR since October 2015, I work part time in the afternoon. I receive & package up any book orders that we receive, I deal with credit control for the company. I also keep our database updated daily. I also help Tina with obtaining the rates for the new schedules which are published annually in August and I deal with all the admin for the office.
My interests are playing puzzle games on my ipad, listening to music, walking my westie and spending time with my family.
