NHS Lothian Health Trust decided they would like to implement the use of the NSR Schedules starting with Housing and the Building Schedule. In 2008, after being awarded a major contract with a local authority, we researched the most efficient way in which to produce our invoices using the National Schedule of Rates. We were already using the book version of the National Schedule of Rates but felt that this was not the most productive way to progress. We found NSR Management to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and purchased eNeStimator. The eNeStimator has completely transformed the way in which we are able to effectively service our contract, from producing accurate estimates to simplifying the invoice process and tracing works. This has enable ud to produce on average 80+ invoices per week, has eliminated queries and in return aided cash flow. It also has the added benefit of being able to be accessed from any computer - which is handy if you need to work from home! We cannot recommend this system enough - in fact our Contracts Manager - a complete dinosaur! Is now happily tapping away - a sight we thought we would never see.
