National Housing Maintenance Schedule
The National Housing Maintenance Schedule Version 2 is intended for use with the National Schedule of the same year. This document and the National Schedule should be considered as being complementary. Whether it is to be included as a contract document is a matter to be agreed between the parties and a decision in this matter should be decided on by reference to the nature and type of contract to be tendered for.
The basis of pricing, ie. labour rates, material prices and plant hire rates, together with the method of use and general compilation criteria are identical to those of the National Schedule Building Works . The user is referred to the compiler’s notes to be found at the front of Part 2 of the National Schedule Building Works.
Effective date of schedule
The National Housing Maintenance Schedule Version 2 will be published annually in August of each year to include the latest promulgated wage rates and prices for materials and plant applicable at that time.
