Electrical Services
The National Schedule for Electrical Services is principally designed for use in the Public Sector, but is now being widely used in the private sector on work with a maintenance or refurbishment bias.
NOTE: The Electrical and Plumbing Services contained in the Building NSR are for works comprising small domestic repairs and modifications forming a minor part of the building works.
The rates contained in the Mechanical and Electrical Schedules are for direct engineering services works of a more substantial nature.
USERS ARE REMINDED THAT THE NATIONAL SCHEDULE IS NOT A PRICING BOOK; FURTHER, THEY ARE ADVISED TO TAKE A SELECTION OF RATES IN THE NATIONAL SCHEDULE AND TEST THEM AGAINST THEIR OWN DATA ON A REGULAR BASIS.
Effective Date of Schedule
The Schedule is revised each year to include latest promulgated wage rates and prices for materials and plant User’s attention is drawn to base dates for labour and materials given in the Compiler’s notes and to the listed basic prices. Users are advised that the rates in this Schedule are deemed to be effective as from the 1st August each year.
There is a £6.00 or £10.00 + vat charge for postage and packing.
