NSR Management Ltd head office is centrally located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.   Along with compiling and publishing the National Schedule of Rates in book and data formats we also have developed a 'One Stop Shop service' which provides a comprehensive consultancy service for those organisations involved in Term Contracting.

The National Schedule of Rates was launched by the Co-authors, the Society of Chief Quantity Surveyors, now Society of Construction and Quantity Surveyors, and the Building Employers Confederation in 1982, now the Construction Confederation, in response to the Governments legislation on competition in the public Sector.   Since the demise of the Construction Confederation NSR Management Ltd are now co-owners with the SCQS Ltd of the National Schedules..

The Building Works Schedule was the original publication however now in its twenty eighth successful year of publication it has now been joined by a suite of six additional Schedules, Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, National Housing Maintenance, Access Audit, Painting & Decorating and Highways.

These Schedules are now widely used throughout the UK by a variety of clients ranging from High Street shops, NHS Trusts, Housing Associations, Banks, Insurance companies, Universities and many others.
